Anna (Founding Director, ROOTS) is a William Dawson Scholar, Associate Professor in Management for Sustainability, and Director of Sustainability at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University. Her research explores organizing for sustainability through the lens of time-space, with commitment to understanding long-term processes and consequences rooted in places. Through ethnographic and qualitative methods, Anna has collaborated with organizations and communities in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Nepal, Canada, South Korea, and the UK, including Indigenous enterprises on Turtle Island.

Jordan is passionate about tackling complex sustainability challenges, particularly related to decarbonizing value chains through operations and logistics. Joey is a lecturer and the Director of Transitions HEC Montréal, a transformative action-research ecosystem. He holds a PhD in Applied Human Sciences from the University of Montreal and an MBA with a specialization in managing sustainability and has cofounded two permaculture-based social enterprises. His overall work engages in transdisciplinary research at the intersection of sustainability transitions, entrepreneurship, and social innovation.
