Pedro is an Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School. His research focuses on how organizations develop, recognize, and integrate expertise. He is also interested in how expertise in organizational theory relates to everyday 'lay' understandings and theories of organizing. Pedro is currently exploring the career experiences of migrant experts from the Global South in STEM fields working in the Global North.
